Thank you for choosing InWebzer Solutions(“InWebzer”) for your website design and related services. We take pride in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our refund process.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to all website design and related services offered by InWebzer Solutions. To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within the specified refund period based on the type of service you have purchased. The “Date of the transaction” refers to the date of your purchase or any renewal processed by InWebzer Solutions as per the terms and conditions of the relevant service agreement.

Standard Refund Terms
  • Annual Plans – Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

  • Monthly Plans*+ – Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.

    *Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., etc.)

Products with Special Refund Terms
1-Website Design Services

Build Fee: A 30% cancellation fee applies when the project is in progress, and a 70% cancellation fee applies when the site design is delivered for review. Refunds are not available once the first revision is completed or after 30 days from the date of the transaction. Once performance has commenced, web service design is considered completed 180 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

2-Website Makeover Services

A 30% cancellation fee applies when the project is in progress, and a 70% cancellation fee applies when the site design is delivered for review. Refunds are not available once the project is complete.

3-Website Care and Marketing Services
  • If you have purchased Website Care or Marketing Services, and the services have been used during the billing period, your subscription is non-refundable.
  • If no usage of the Website Care or Marketing Services plan has occurred, you are eligible for a refund as defined in the “Standard Refund Terms” stated above.

No Refund After Account Closure

It’s important to request a refund before closing your account with us. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
