Overview

In this agreement:

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to InWebzer Solutions (“InWebzer”).
“You”, “your”, “user”, “customer” or “client” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, has access to your account or uses the our website design services.
“Website” refers to the client’s website created and designed by us.
“store.inwebzer.com” refers to our hosting services platform.
“Content” refers to any materials or content used in the website design process.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website design services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. These terms are also subject to the “store.inwebzer.com” Universal Terms of Service Agreement, and both sets of terms may apply as needed. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We specializes in providing web design and development services. We create and design websites based on your specific requirements and preferences. These services may be hosted on “store.inwebzer.com” and/or on “Hostinger.com”, and the terms of store.inwebzer.com and/or Hostinger.com may apply.

3. Hosting Services

We host websites on store.inwebzer.com and/or hostinger.com. If you choose to host your website with any other hosting providers, you agree to abide by theirs’s terms and conditions regarding hosting services. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes related to hosting services provided by other parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide clear and timely communication, content, and information necessary for the design process. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the content provided to us.

5. Design Process

We will work closely with you to design and develop your website. You agree to provide feedback and approvals during the design process. We will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by a lack of timely client feedback.

6. Intellectual Property

Any materials or content provided by you for use in the website design process remain your intellectual property. We retain the intellectual property rights to any custom code, design elements, or graphics created for your website.

7. Payment and Fees

Payment terms and fees for our services will be detailed in our proposal or contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in a delay in project completion or the removal of our services.

8. Revisions and Maintenance

Revisions beyond the scope of the initial project will be subject to additional fees. Maintenance services may be provided at an additional cost, as specified in our contract.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of services may be subject to fees based on the stage of the project. Refunds are provided in accordance with the terms outlined in our refund policy

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time due to a violation of these terms or other justifiable reasons.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our services will be handled in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to resolve any disputes through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
